“Enchanted Waltz” was created by Cliff Ranson of McAllen, Texas. The image was created years earlier on a plain grey background. After taking a second look at the image years later, Cliff transformed the image into a beautiful work of art, fitting the subject and scene in a new way. Read how he does it here.
