“A Dream Come True” was created by Elizabeth Homan of San Antonio, Texas, on the bride’s wedding day. The wedding venue had beautiful front doors that were in complete shade. Just outside of the image the sunlight hit the concrete providing a nice, warm reflected light that gave me a bit of directional light. Elizabeth added one off-camera flash in a 24” softbox on the right side to give a bit more highlight to her face. Post-production included a combination of Nik Filters: Tonal Contrast and Detail Extractor. Glows were added to the sconces on the wall. Equipment included a Canon 5D with 24-70 lens and a Godox AD200. The exposure was f8 at 1/60 with 250ISO. Elizabeth Homan has been an instructor for many years at the Texas School of Professional Photography and is well-known for her excellent imagery.
