“Living Space” was created by Patrick Bertolino of Houston, Texas, for realtor Ruthie Porterfield at Sotheby’s. “This was a shoot that almost had no end in sight,” says Patrick. “There were so many great views, details, and textures.” The Santa Barbara revival “retreat” sits on a double lot in Great Uptown Houston. Natural lighting was used to showcase this home, making use of the abundant windows. Patrick Bertolino is a former photo lab technician and digital retouching artist who went out on his own in 2005. He was featured in the May/June 2022 issue of The Photographer Magazine.
