“Milania” was created by Shannon Squires of Colorado Springs, Colorado. “I photographed this beautiful girl and her sister in my studio to create fine art images for their mother. Using the wardrobe from my client closet we set the scene. Using one large PLM umbrella to camera right and a backdrop light I was able to achieve this soft light on my subject. Children can be fidgety, so I will often give them something to hold to help shape hands and calm the wiggles.” Shannon is an instructor at the Texas School of Professional Photography.
