“My Sister’s Keeper” – Bree Adams, of Arlington, Texas, did a composite on this image and used an assistant to ensure complete newborn safety and control of each baby. Rice bags were placed at the bottom of the baskets to prevent them from being top heavy. The image was photographed at f2.8 using constant light placed to the right. After merging the layers, she brought down the highlights in the background to keep the babies as the center of focus.
